Deposit: The McKinney ITFL-Athlete Registration
This registration is for an individual athlete in grades 2 through 12 to become a member of a team in our Youth and High School Indoor Track and Field League
 
The regular registration for this 12 Week League is $ 750. By selecting this option, you acknowledge that two (2) additional payments of $250.  If you are registering during the early bird period, payments must be complete by the October 31, 2022).  If payments are not complete by that date, the discounts no longer apply to any remaining payments.
 
Registration Fee includes: 
  • Two Team Practices per Week
  • One (1) Team Uniform
  • One (1) Team Practice Shirt
  • One Pair of Competition Shoes
  • Entry in Six (6) Meets (two (2) events per meet)

Discounts are available for athletes who register during the Early Bird Period. A deposit equal to  1/3 of the  registration fee is due at the time of enrollment.
 
The McKinney ITFL provides the opportunity for athletes to improve their skills and gain experience in the sport of track and field while also helping prepare athletes for the any level of competition, including school or junior olympic teams.

  • RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR PARTICIPANTS IN CONSIDERATION OF being allowed to participate as an athlete, coach, or a spectator, in any way in The Indoor Track powered by RunRite Track and Field's (hereinafter referred to as "The Indoor Track")  related events and activities, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that: Upon entering The Indoor Track's property, the risks of injury and illness (ex: communicable diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19) to myself from the activities offered by The Indoor Track's programs are significant, including the potential for permanent disability and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce these risks, the risks of serious injury and illness do exist; and, FOR MYSELF, (SPOUSE, AND CHILD, IF APPLICABLE), I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES or others;

    And I assume full responsibility for my child's participation; and, I willingly agree to comply with the program's stated and customary terms and conditions for participation.

    If I observe any unusual significant concern in my child's readiness for participation and/or in the program itself, I will remove my child from the participation and bring such attention of the nearest official immediately; and, I myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS The Indoor Track, its owners, shareholders, members, directors, officers, officials, agents, employees, volunteers, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event ("Releasees"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property incident to my child's involvement or participation in these programs, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

    I, for myself and my child, consent to the use of my name, image (pictures and videos), and likeness of me on the premises or during my participation as an athlete, coach, spectator, or other on social media, broadcast streaming, event marketing, news releases, results reporting, and other professional methods.

    I, for myself, and on behalf of my/our heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS all the above Releasees from any and all liabilities incident to my involvement or participation in these programs, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THEIR NEGLIGENCE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I assert that I accept the risks of participating in any activity offered by The Indoor Track and my responsibilities for adhering to the rules and regulations, and that I understand this agreement. UNDERSTANDING OR RISK I understand the seriousness of the risks involved in participating in this program, my personal responsibilities for adhering to rules and regulation, and accept them as a participant indicated by completing this registration and entering the property.
