World Indoor Track & Field League Team or Satellite Training Location (Licensee) FAQs

What are the costs to become a licensee and satellite training and competition center?
 

To join the World Indoor Track & Field League as a team owner or satellite training location licensee, there is an initial $1,000 application fee. After approval, an annual licensing fee is required, which can be paid in monthly installments for added convenience.

How do I become a licensee?


Follow these steps to join the league as an official affiliate:

  1. Complete Certification:

    • Earn your Level 1 Certification through the World Indoor Track & Field League

  2. Submit Application Fee​

    • Pay the $1,000 non-refundable application fee to begin the process​

  3. Provide Necessary Details:

    • Select and share address of your satellite training and competition center​

    • Provide proof of insurance coverage (required for U.S. locations

    • Submit the proposed name for your team and location (subject to league approval)​

  4. Set Up a Payment Plan​
    • Arrange for monthly payments of the annual licensing fee.

      • Youth Teams: Exclusive territories available)!

  5. Sign the Agreement:

    1. Review and e-sign the license agreement to finalize your application.

 

Is there a deadline to apply?


Once you pay the $1,000 application fee, you’ll have six months to complete the process. If additional time is needed, simply contact support@worlditfl.com for assistance.

Before applying for affiliation, you’ll need to obtain your Level I Certificate. This certification is required to proceed with your application. Once certified, you can submit your application fee and begin the process.
