For too long, track & field has been missing a structured year-round system. Athletes who aren’t in high school or college programs have nowhere to train, compete, or develop—until now.
The WITFL is changing the game by establishing satellite locations providing a dedicated space for track & field athletes of all disciplines—not just runners, its for hurdlers, jumpers, throwers, & multi-event athletes.

The World Indoor Track & Field League is building a national network of purpose-built track and field training and competition venues under its TrackFIT brand.
We are selecting qualified operators who are current or former track and field athletes and coaches to run TrackFIT Studios and WITFL events in markets across the U.S.

Ownership: Selected operators will own and operate their local TrackFIT Studio operations and/or WITFL Teams as independent businesses under their license.

Facilities buildout, league rights, and core technology are owned or controlled by Z-Athlete Group.

Day to Day Operations:

World ITFL Holdings will enter into an agreement with selected operators to own the operations inside the buildings

Selected Independent Operators” run the day-to-day TrackFIT training programs and WITFL events under a league license.

Team Formation: As the owner of the operation, each studio operator will also form a WITFL team with participants ranging from youth to professional.

Physical Location Ownership: Z-Athlete Group and its affiliates will own or lease the facilities, fund the buildout, purchase core equipment, and install our TrackFIT technology, and control the WITFL platform.
WITFL Holdings, LLC is the owner of the WITFL and TrackFIT brands. Z-Athlete Group, Inc. is the parent company and platform with a planned initial public offering in 2026.)

Site Planning & Renovations
Z-Athlete affiliates begin market and site evaluation. We will assist you with identifying the right location meeting league criteria.
We may purchase or lease a facility to serve as your location. Temporarily spaces may be activated during consruction for new builds.
Financing & Capital Requirements

Operators must demonstrate a minimum level of operating capital as part of the approval process.

In some cases, financing may be available for qualified operators through Z-Athlete Group, Inc., its affiliates, or through third-party lenders. Any financing is subject to approval and governed by separate agreements.

Financing options, if offered, may differ from or be more expensive than financing obtained independently. Operators are free to secure capital from any source.

Financing availability is not guaranteed and is not tied to revenue or profitability.
