Train Anywhere. Compete Everywhere.
Track & Field has always started in open spaces — community parks, school tracks, and neighborhood fields.
That’s where the TrackFIT Movement begins too.
You don’t need a fancy facility or a private coach.
If there’s a track, a straightaway, or a patch of grass to run on — you can start your journey.
Your Local Track Is Now a Training Hub
Every park, every field, and every community track can become a TrackFIT training site.
Athletes use the My Assistant Coach™ app to record workouts, track progress, and capture Motion DNA™ data — all from their local space.
When you upload your sessions, you’re instantly connected to WITFL’s national system — your results are verified, ranked, and compared with athletes everywhere.

How It Works
-
Find a local track or park that’s open to the public
-
Complete your workouts using My Assistant Coach™ or during a TrackFIT Community Day
-
Submit at least one verified session for EchoTrak™ analysis
-
Get your Motion DNA™ report, TrackFIT Score, and national ranking
Whether you’re a youth athlete chasing a scholarship or an adult returning to competition, your local track is your personal performance lab.
Community Partner Opportunities
-
Parks and recreation departments, schools, and local facilities can host TrackFIT Challenges and WITFL Combines to bring measurable fitness and competition to their communities.
-
