• 7 Weeks: Regular-season showdowns inside the world’s largest indoor track and field arena.

• 3 Weeks: Playoffs where the biggest gains get the brightest stage.

• Team Life: Athletes drafted into the league live and train together on site during the season.

• Full Support: Daily practices, professional coaches, trainers, and medical care — the infrastructure of a true pro team.

• Multiple Events: Sprinters sprint and throw. Throwers run and jump. No one is a specialist.
