Your TrackFIT Score is built from how well your body moves — your balance, coordination, fitness, efficiency, power, flexibility, and quality of effort.

The 60-Day TrackFIT Challenge is your entry point into the WITFL community.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll record workouts, practices, or competitions using our My Assistant Coach™ app, powered by real-time A.I. coaching and Motion DNA™ Signature Tracking.

Each workout reveals the unique ways you move and why, how efficiently you produce force, where you can maximize performance, and most importantly, how much you improve from week to week.

Each athlete’s training footage and EchoTrak™ data become your personal scoreboard — showing how you move, how fast you progress, and where you stand.

 

You can join from any track, park, or community field — no team or coach required.

What You’ll Do

    • Using our My Assistant Coach App, record 3–5 workouts, exercises, or drills per week (sprints, jumps, throws, or endurance)

    • Submit at least two (pre and post 8 weeks)  verified max out session for Motion DNA™ Signature analysis

    • Track results and ranking updates inside your WITFL athlete dashboard

    • Earn your spot toward the Summer Combine and ultimately - The WITFL Games
