Z-ATHLETE GROUP, INC. ENTERS INTO DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT TO ESTABLISH NEW HEADQUARTERS AT Z-ATHLETE VILLAGE IN LAS VEGAS

Flagship sports campus funded and developed by DT Guardian Holdings, LLC — future home of The Indoor Track at Z-Athlete Village

LAS VEGAS, NV – August 18, 2025 — Z-Athlete Group, Inc., the parent company of the World Indoor Track & Field League (WITFL), today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to establish its new headquarters at Z-Athlete Village in Las Vegas — a flagship sports campus designed to redefine athlete development, performance, and competition. The project is being developed and funded by DT Guardian Holdings, LLC, a real estate investment and development partner.

The permanent facility, The Indoor Track at Z-Athlete Village, is expected to be one of the world’s largest full-time indoor track & field arenas, including:

• A 400-meter track

• A 200-meter hydraulic banked track

• Seating for more than 6,000 spectators

To accelerate the launch of track and field events in Las Vegas, Z-Athlete will apply for a Temporary Use Permit with Clark County for permission to install a temporary structure allowing a portable 200-meter banked track to be installed, enabling the site to begin hosting competitions and events by mid to late-2026, ahead of completing full construction approvals for the permanent arena.

In addition to serving as the headquarters for the company, Z-Athlete Village will also serve as the home of the World Indoor Track & Field League, a 10-week professional competition series set to debut in 2026, bringing year-round excitement to the sport.
