The Foundation: Level I WITFL Track & Field Coach Certification is designed for all coaches entering the WITFL pathway. This course equips coaches with access to My Assistant Coach AI tools to develop each athlete from the ground up—whether working one-on-one or in a team setting.

While many programs focus on group workouts or single-event coaching, the WITFL certification pathway trains coaches to optimize individual athletes by understanding their unique needs. Level I introduces the basics of athlete assessment, teaching coaches how to identify weaknesses, imbalances, and untapped potential using AI-powered technology.
